The Formula of Sustainability How to manage the present without losing the future

In recent decades, changes in the context widened the instability gap and the unpredictability of the decisions landscape. In this frame, competitiveness is related to the corporate capacity to respond to the challenges (social, political, economic; technological, etc.) that influence the daily life of a business. The quality of relationships is a key strategic factor for organizations because it defines the perceptions, attitudes, and decisions in different groups of people. Under this principle, we have designed a model of a growth model based on three dimensions of development: growth, personal development, and transparency.

outcomes + talent + projection

Sustainability is based on three dimensions of responsibility:

ECONOMIC RESPONSIBILITY.
This dimension is related to the ability of an organization to create development alternatives based on a collective purpose. It is the responsibility of the OUTCOMES and growth. This refers to compliance of corporate goals and management.

CULTURAL RESPONSIBILITY.
This dimension is related to the opportunities for personal growth and professional development of individuals working in the organization. It is the responsibility about the TALENT as the core of the productive development of an organization.

POLITICAL RESPONSIBILITY.
This dimension is related to the social integration and development for common welfare in the society in which an organization operates. It is the responsibility of the social PROJECTION and community welfare.
